Delivery methods and delivery times

Available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

In-stock items are normally delivered within 2–5 working days to a pickup point or to your home. Custom-made products have a delivery time of 4–6 weeks from the date of order.

Delivery costs

The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight of your order and the delivery method you choose.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation and tracking details, provided the delivery method supports this.
