Custom-made Roman blind

A custom-made Roman blind frames the window and lifts the whole room. It is perfect if you want to combine style and function with a fit that is tailored to your windows. With a Roman blind from Himla Atelier, you get an elegant solution that works just as well in the kitchen and living room as in the bedroom and study.

The Roman blind takes up little space, keeps the windowsill clear and is easy to adjust in height, so you can control light and privacy throughout the day. When you order a custom-made blind, it is adapted to your window's measurements – whether it will sit inside the window recess or outside the frame. This makes it the obvious choice for windows with unusual dimensions, sloping ceilings or other tricky architecture.

Choose from different qualities, colours and styles to match the rest of your interior. A modern Roman blind gives a more structured look, a classic model a timeless feel, and a roll-up blind, inspired by 18th-century curtains, a romantic and rustic style. A thin linen quality gives soft, filtered daylight, while a denser quality offers more privacy and dims the light slightly.

Each Roman blind is sewn to order by experienced seamstresses in Europe and delivered straight to your door. Order fabric samples, measure your window, choose your fabric and model – and let us do the rest.
