The delivery time for our custom-made products is 2–4 weeks.

Can I order fabric samples?

Yes, you can easily order fabric samples, which will be sent to your mailbox. This way, you can calmly get a better feel for the colour and texture and find what suits your home best. Order here.

Can I return a custom-made product?

No, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made linen products, as these are specially made just for you. Read more in our terms and conditions.

Curtains

Can I choose a different heading tape for the curtains?

When ordering curtains online, they will be delivered with the heading tape specified in the product information. If you would like a different heading style, contact us at info@himla.com and we’ll help you find the perfect solution for your home!

Should I wash the curtains before I hang them?

No, it's not necessary, there are no harmful chemicals in our curtains that need to be washed out, and most curtains are already pre-washed for a nicer look. You can always spray the curtain with water to remove wrinkles or iron it lightly.

Can I order an extra-wide curtain?

Many of our curtain collections can easily be ordered in double width (270-285 cm).

Other curtain collections may need to be seamed to achieve wider measurements. Contact us at info@himla.se and we will help you find the right solution for your home!

Roman blinds

Can I order a longer roman blind?

You can order a roman blind with a length of 160 cm or a roll-up blind with a length of 120 cm. If you would like a longer blind, contact us at info@himla.com and we’ll help you with a solution tailored to your specific needs and preferences!

Can I choose which side the cord should be on?

The locking mechanism is located on the right side of all our Roman blinds. If you would like it on the left side, please contact info@himla.se and we will assist you.

Can I attach the Roman blind to the ceiling or to the wall?

All our Roman blinds have pre-drilled holes in the rail so that the Roman blind can be attached to the ceiling or the wall. Choose what suits you and your home best!

How do you install a roman blind?

The Roman blind is delivered fully assembled with a velcro strip attached to a metal rail. The rail has several pre-drilled holes for easy installation on a wall, ceiling, or inside a window recess. Wall plugs and screws are included.

How do I adjust the Roman blind?

The Roman blind has drawstrings discreetly placed on the back of the blind and a locking mechanism on the right side. The Roman blind is easy to adjust. To lower the blind, pull the cord to the left to open the locking mechanism and let the fabric fall to the desired height. To raise the blind, pull the cord to the right.

If the Roman blind becomes crooked when you raise or lower it, you can easily adjust this using one of the threads that run in the blind's slats, easy as pie!

Tablecloths

What size tablecloth should I order?

Regardless of the shape of your linen tablecloth, 20–25 cm is a good guideline for how much the cloth should hang over the tabletop.

Keep in mind that the tablecloth may shrink when washed. You can find the shrinkage percentage in the product information.

Can I order a wider canvas?

You can order the Ebba tablecloth yourself in a width of 160 cm, Sunshine in a width of 140 cm, and Sunrise in any size between 160-180 cm.

Many of our tablecloths can be made wider, but are then sewn with, for example, a border all around or a seam in the middle. Contact us at info@himla.se for assistance with ordering a wider tablecloth.
