Basis for membership

Membership in Club Himla can be acquired by individuals over 16 years of age. Membership is only valid for private individuals. Our stores may request that you, as a member, show valid identification. Membership is free of charge and does not require a card.

Personal data

By registering for Club Himla, you agree that your personal data will be processed according to these terms and conditions and in accordance with Himla's privacy policy. Himla AB is the data controller and complies with the current provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Stored personal data:

• Contact details such as name, email address, delivery address, invoice address, and phone number

• Account information such as email address, password, and account registration date

• Customer settings for marketing communications and personalized offers

• Order information such as order number, ordered products, order date, price, discount, and purchase history. The data we store is used to send mailings and offers to you as a member via postal mail, SMS, or email. Personal data is not stored longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing. As a member, you understand that the information you provide may be used as a basis for analysis and statistics.

Information on the storage of personal data

Once per calendar year, you have the right to receive, free of charge, information about which personal data Himla processes about you. Validity and termination

The agreement is valid indefinitely, or until either party chooses to terminate the membership. Himla reserves the right to terminate membership in cases of misuse or breach of these terms. If you wish to terminate your membership, please contact our customer support at info@himla.se.

Changes to membership terms and conditions

Membership in Club Himla is free of charge. Himla may change the terms if warranted. Members will be informed of any changes at least one (1) month before they come into effect via email. If you do not accept the changed terms, you have the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect.
